I usually send these out to family and friends- aka "Picture Sunday" but AOL has some sort of upgrade thing going on and it won't let me embed them in the e-mail. I don't like sending pictures as attachments only- as I like to describe them. So I guess for now I'm going to have to redirect family and friends to come here to view the pictures- at least until AOL gets their act together.
I haven't taken very many pictures of Sam since we brought her home- which is TERRIBLE, I know. But it is usually for two reasons- one, I am holding her all the time, and two- I am chasing her sister all the time. Pretty tough to take pictures when you have no free hands. I guess that is why the photo albums are always filled with photos of the first child and not so many of the following siblings.
So anyway- here is one of Sam still in the NICU, this was originally the day we were supposed to bring her home but our effort was foiled. Just look- the tooty is her whole face!
Here is one of her very first ride in a carseat. She was barely the five pounds that the carseat minimum required!
And here is one of her in the carseat about two weeks ago- just for comparison. This is my favorite outfit on her- although it was a preemie outfit and she has now outgrown it. I will keep it forever, as it is the outfit she came home in.
Dada and Sam the day we got home.
Another of Dada and Sam.
Here is one taken after we had been home for a few weeks. Hayley is a great helper- here she is helping me burp Sam.
Here is one of the girls together- this was the first time Hayley ever got to hold Sam.
And another one of the girls.
Another tooty picture- still looks pretty big but at least you can see more of her face!
Peace... Quiet Peace...
And smiling. I love her smiles and they are coming more and more frequently now.
And here are a few of big sister, not to be outdone. She specifically told me NOT to take her picture and then here is what I got when I disobeyed. Contrary to the look on her face she actually was having a good time carving the pumpkin- and she didn't even think twice about sticking her hand in and cleaning it out!
My little monkey. It is amazing how a toddler knows to say no to eating green beans before they have ever even tried them and yet they know instinctively that candy will be good even if they have never had it before. Amazing.
Hayley just LOVES to help Mommy. Combine that with she LOVES to pose for the camera!
Well, the feeding machine is stirring, right on time. I must go feed Sam, I will try to upload more pictures on another day. If you have been to our house and you know I have photos of you with the girls that you would like to see please e-mail me and let me know if it is acceptable to post them to my blog. I don't want to put anyone's picture on the site unless they know I am doing it.

Congratulations!!! Your family is beautiful! Sam is just so cute and of course Hayley makes an adorable big sister! I bet she is loving every minute of it!

Jenn - The pictures are beautiful. Hayley looks so grown up and I can't believe how long her hair has gotten! Sam is just adorable and is realy coming on. You look fabulous - I can't believe it is just a few weeks since you had Sam. As for the photo's - we have piles of Rowan and the boys, but few of Fallon. I guess you just don't get chance with two so close together - it's a major achievement for us all to be dressed some days, never mind to take pictures too!!
